§ 250.070. Authority Of City To Accept Federal Assistance.

Whenever the Federal Government or officer or agency thereof shall offer to the City, through the State, services, equipment, supplies, materials or funds by way of gift, grant or loan for the purpose of emergency management and/or civil defense, the City, through the Mayor, with the consent of the Governor, may accept the offer and may receive those services, equipment, supplies, materials or funds on behalf of the City, subject to the terms of the offer.
