§ 305.120. Public Safety Citizens' Advisory Board Powers.

The Public Safety Citizens' Advisory Board shall perform all the duties assigned by State law to a Traffic Commission for any City adopting all or part of the State of Missouri's Model Traffic Ordinance as set out in Section 300.070, RSMo., except as assigned to another City officer or Commission by this Code or City Council.
