§ 315.120. Authority To Close Streets For Special Events.

The City Traffic Engineer or the Chief of Police shall have authority to temporarily limit or restrict by closing same any street or part thereof for special events and to place appropriate signs or devices in the roadway indicating and helping to protect the same.
