§ 250.010. Definitions.

As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have these prescribed meanings:

Chapter 44, RSMo., as amended.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

For purposes of this Chapter, the Mayor of Blue Springs.

DIRECTOR

The "Director" shall serve as chair coordinator of the Central Jackson County Emergency Management Agency (CJCEMA) as set forth in Chapter 44.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

The "Coordinator" shall serve as Coordinating Committee Member representing the City of Blue Springs within the Central Jackson County Emergency Management Agency, CJCEMA.
